  1. this is one of my favorite meal preps. I like how you did a variety of meals to prep and something different other than the norm.( chicken or ground turkey)!! I'm a try this out fer sure !! wish you'd do more meal preps like maybe once a week !! since you love food, showing us healthier ways to make stuff for meal prep would be great idea. it would help me out a lot and I'm sure others also. just like your muffins, and waffles !!!

  2. Bro, bro, bro, I can not stress how much I dislike broccoli. I took a frozen bag of broccoli and a bag of brussel sprouts and after thawing them threw them in the oven with some cooking spray, cayenne pepper for heat and italian seasoning low sodium. Shit came out bomb! Will be eating that every single day cause I am sick of salads right now. Thanks for the idea!!

  3. Love this kind of video! Much prefer when you guys actual COOK a prep meal, rather then microwave the whole thing. Throw in some workout clips and it's perfect!
